Paul Sullivan, the founder and general manager, had obtained his BSc at Carleton University and MBA from Western University before creating Campus Mystery Shopping.

Over the years the company has built up a strong network of over 100,000 mystery shoppers across the nation with secret shoppers in nearly every community.
